A big win as AWIN chooses DSTRCT.Berlin

We’re delighted to announce that AWIN, a global affiliate marketing network, has taken almost 2,900 sq m of DSTRCT.Berlin and will be the first company to move into one of the historic old halls. 

AWIN is a media business with twenty years’ experience delivering innovative technologies and valuable data insights. Soon, they’ll be working from one of the restored historic halls at DSTRCT.Berlin – enjoying a unique working atmosphere featuring gorgeous exposed brick walls with distinctive graffiti art.  

Employee wellbeing will be well catered for too, not least with a 150 sq m rooftop terrace – perfect for both work and relaxing breaks.  

Offices that keep up with AWIN’s identity

AWIN is part of a network that generated over €12 bn for advertisers last year, yet for all their success, their offices were outdated. Now, they’ll have an address that matches their innovative DNA. One with a wide range of modern and creative spaces, and a long list of perks – like 30 bike spaces for employees who want greener, healthier commutes.  

Its completion also means we have just one more restored hall left, totalling around 1,700 sq m.
