In case you are interested in filling the vacant position published on our website hbreavis.com and you want to send us your CV via online form or you want to contact us via email or online form on our website hbreavis.com or you entered our premises monitored by the video monitoring system (CCTV), we would like to inform you what personal data we collect and how we use it. Therefore, we would like to invite you to read the Privacy Notice.
HB Reavis Slovakia is part of the HB Reavis Group, with its headquarters in Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as the „HB Reavis Group“) due to which the reference to HB Reavis Group may be found in the Privacy Notice.
1. What are the purpose and legitimate interests of processing of the personal data?
The purpose of processing of the personal data is selection of the potential employees, execution of personal interviews, sending the information to the applicants regarding the vacant position in HB Reavis Slovakia and creation of database of persons for the purpose of contacting them for vacant position in the future.
For the purpose of ensuring the mutual communication, we also process your personal data when you contact us via email or online form. In this case, our legitimate interests are to ensure the effective, flawless and clear mutual communication.
We also process your personal data when using the CCTV in our premises. Our purpose and legitimate interests are protection of property and employees.
2. What personal data do we collect about you?
We process the following personal data:
a) name and surname,
c) telephone number,
d) personal data included in your CV,
e) audio-visual representation of yourself.
3. What is the legal basis for processing of your personal data?
If you send us CV, we process your personal data on the basis of your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6 (1) (b) of GDPR. In case of failure to provide your personal data, the consequence is that you will not be interviewed or the contract will not be concluded.
If you want us to keep your CV after the recruitment process (or you send us your CV without any recruitment process being in place) for future contact purposes, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) of GDPR.
If you contact us proactively, we process your personal data on the basis of the legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.
If we make your audio-visual representation (when using CCTV in our premises), we process your personal data on the basis of the legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.
4. How long do we store your personal data?
If you provide us with your personal data for job-related purposes, we store the personal data until the end of the recruitment process. However, since we might need your personal data even after the recruitment process (e.g. for legal claims and similar matters) or you give us your consent to store your CV in our database, we will delete your personal data after 3 years.
If you provide us with your personal data for the purpose of ensuring the effective, flawless and clear communication with us, we store the personal data while you unsubscribe from our database.
If we make your audio-visual representation (when using CCTV in our premises), we store the personal data for 15 days.
5. To whom do we provide your personal data?
Your personal data is provided and made available to the companies within the HB Reavis Group.
6. Do we use automated individual decision-making including profiling?
We do not use automated individual decision-making including profiling when processing your personal data.
7. What are your rights?
Under the GDPR you have following rights:
a) right of access
b) right to rectification,
c) right to erasure,
d) right to restriction of processing,
e) right to data portability,
f) right to object,
g) right to withdraw consent,
h) right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
