Hybrid is here to stay, says our German CEO

In a recent round table discussion, Germany CEO Marcel Sedlak spoke about the importance of hybrid over both 100% office or 100% home-based working, how the pandemic accelerated existing trends, and what the future holds for employers and the workspace industry.

Marcel talked at length about the way the pandemic changed our perception of the office as a physical space. And also how, over time, how its importance became clearer – that it’s not just a cost, but a vital tool for engagement and productivity.

He went on to discuss how, without a physical space, it’s quite challenging to build a company culture using digital tools.
