Fit-out Project Manager is a role essential for HB Reavis in terms of bridging the communication between the Tenant, internal Leasing and Construction departments and facilitating the discussion about Fit-out of premises according to tenant’s requirements and feasibility from the internal perspective.
Project delivery on-time, on budget and in agreed quality
Communicates our Workspace solutions and technical issues to potential tenants, prepares the templates of the technical description of the tenant’s space, estimation budgets, project step plan
Participates on the preparation of leasing contracts
Approves the final Project documentation and provides it to the construction site manager for the purposes of construction realization
Oversees the tracking of the time schedule and in case of deviations immediately takes corrective actions
Owns the project cashflow and is responsible for the scope of the invoiced budget and the refunding of invoices of the suppliers based on documentation acquired from professional staff
Participates in the construction approval proceedings in cooperation with the Construction Site Manager
