HB Reavis Group appoints International Business Development Director
Budapest, June 10, 2015. – Zinaida Vojnár has been appointed as International Business Development Director of HB Reavis Group, the leading commercial property developer in Central and Eastern Europe which has a growing portfolio of developments in London. She will be responsible for building and maintaining key occupier client relationships and creating business opportunities, building upon the Group’s pan-European presence in the United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Turkey.
Zinaida has nearly 13 years of relevant professional experience, joining HB Reavis directly from Orco Property Group, where she was responsible for leasing, marketing and asset management. Previously, she worked as a regional leasing and marketing advisor to AEW Europe in the CEE region and prior to that served as a Sales and Marketing Director at GTC Real Estate Development and Immobilia.
Zinaida joins with diverse international business experience in addition to being an expert in the Hungarian market. She participated in the product development and international market introduction of a patented consumer product in China, and separately worked for AXA Real Estate in Paris, where she supported the introduction and capital raising of new, international funds.
Zinaida began her career as a CEE Leasing and Marketing Manager, working on the State of Washington Pension Fund’s regional portfolio. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Corvinus University in Budapest, and her master’s degree from the Nottingham Trent University, UK, in the field of Real Estate Science. In addition to her native Hungarian, Zinaida speaks English, German and French.
