HB Reavis signs another 2 lease contracts at Postępu 14
HB Reavis has agreed new leases for commercial office space at Postępu 14, which will expand the range of services available to tenants at the Warsaw office development. Employees based at the office complex and the residents living nearby will soon benefit from the services offered by the print and copy centre ‘Centrum Dobrego Druku’ and unique beauty salon. The arrival of both service providers closely follows the relocation of the Polish company OK System, who have recently moved into the complex at Postępu 14. Two months after delivery, 60% of the building is commercialized.
‘Occupiers are increasingly demanding more than just convenient office space from their work environment. Expanding the service offering at Postepu 14 is a part of our strategy across the portfolio for creating attractive working environments where people can have a meal, grab a coffee or do the shopping and also, like in the case of Postępu 14, benefit from the offers of a printing shop and beauty salon’, said Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board at HB Reavis Poland.
The beauty salon will open at Postępu 14 in February 2016, representing the first of its kind in Poland offering clients an unprecedented range of professional beauty treatments. It will take up an area of almost 100 sq m on the ground floor of the building, from Marynarska street.
‘Few people can currently afford to spend hours in beauty salons. To meet market needs and expectations, we are setting up a unique place for busy and active people, who always want to feel well-groomed and comfortable’, said Aleksandra Głos, Managing Director of BF Polska. She added: ‘We decided to open the parlour in the very heart of Warsaw’s largest business district because we would like our clients to be able to benefit from our services before or after work, or even during the lunch break if feasible. The new salon will be a prime solution not only for people working in HB Reavis’ building, but also for the residents living in the neighbourhood and employees of other office schemes nearby.’
Effective from January next year, the tenants of the office complex at Postępu 14 will also have the opportunity to benefit from the offer of the largest digital printing and copying centre in Warsaw. ‘Centrum Dobrego Druku’ will occupy over 300 sq m on the ground floor of the complex from Marynarska street. This will be the fourth Warsaw outlet under this brand name. For over 20 years, ‘Centrum Dobrego Druku’ has been providing highest quality printing and copying services to its clients, from the printing of business cards, leaflets and posters to large-format banners.
‘We have been present in the business part of Mokotów for 8 years. As this district attracts a multitude of companies, we can see immense demand for our services here. We have chosen Postępu 14 mainly owing to the excellent location at the intersection of Marynarska and Postępu streets, as well as owing to the modern design of the building’, says Paweł Grot, the owner of Centrum Dobrego Druku.
The Polish company OK System also joined the tenants of the office complex at Postępu 14 in early November. The company offers non-wage motivating systems such as sport packets, giving their clients access to over 4 500 sport and recreation centres countrywide. The latest packets have been supplemented with extra services in the area of culture, beauty, recreation and entertainment, inspiring clients to spend their free time actively. OK System is based on innovative technology and applications, which make the motivating system implementation in a company as simple as possible without engaging the HR department. OK System occupies over 530 sq m on the first floor of the building.
Postępu 14 is the third investment completed by HB Reavis in Warsaw. The office complex offers a total of 34,500 sq m of top class business space, and some of its first tenants, apart from the developer itself, include AstraZeneca, Samsung Electronics Polska and Rossman.
