HB Reavis signs two new deals for 3,900 sqm at Gdanski Business Center
HB Reavis has signed leasing deals with two leading international companies for 3,900 sqm at its Gdanski Business Center in Warsaw’s city centre fringe, near Dworzec Gdanski metro station.
The Swedish company Elekta, a leading producer of innovative equipment and software used to improve, prolong and save the lives of people with cancer and brain disorders, has signed a deal to take 1,840 sqm of space at the Gdanski Business Center. The company will open a Polish branch at the office complex, which will also be home to its shared services centre Elekta Business Services. Colliers International advised on the leasing deal.
In addition, the leading research company Nielsen has extended its space at Gdanski Business Center with a further 2,060 sqm and will now occupy a total of 6,600 sqm of space located in both buildings C and D. Knight Frank advised Nielsen.
Gdanski Business Center features nearly 100,000 sq m of state-of-the-art A-class office space located in four buildings; two of which (C and D) still belong to HB Reavis. The current tenants of the scheme include: KPMG, GE, BPH Bank, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, KMD, eMAG, BGŻ BNP Paribas, the Agricultural Property Agency and the insurance group Aviva.
