Vaci Corner Offices wins ‘Office Building of the Year by Tenant’s Opinion in 2015’ Award
HB Reavis’ flagship Hungarian development, the Váci Corner Offices, was awarded ’Office Building of the Year by Tenant’s Opinion in 2015’ at real estate portal iroda.hu’s gala dinner, one of the most prestigious events in the Hungarian real estate calendar. Based on tenant feedbacks HB Reavis’s debut project won the award, despite strong competition from 9 other nominees.
2015 marked the sixth ‘Office of the Year’ competition with a record-breaking 84 nominations across seven different categories. In line with the tradition of previous years, applications were evaluated by an expert industry jury, tenants and the public, focusing on both value creation and value preservation.
Váci Corner Offices is currently the “greenest” office building in Hungary, having been awarded an “Excellent” BREEAM certification last year. The fully leased office space is home to prominent Hungarian and global companies, including MVM Partner Ltd, Magyar Földgáztároló Zrt., Magyar Földgázkereskedő Zrt, CRH Hungary, Sony, Intrum Justitia Ltd, and members of Asseco Group such as Globenet Ltd., Statlogics Szoftverfejlesztő Ltd., in addition to US-based pharmaceutical giant Mylan Plc.
‘The belief of our tenants in Váci Corner Offices is of greatest importance to us. It’s immensely satisfying that according to an independent professional jury, our tenants are satisfied with the services we provide and they are very happy working in our office complex.
The ’Office Building of the Year by Tenant’s Opinion in 2015’ Award provides us with valuable feedback, reaffirming that we are on the right track and reinforcing our commitment to continue working hard to ensure tenant satisfaction in our assets. Not only do we strive to serve our tenants’ needs, we also pay special attention to the architectural design of our offices and the creation of a close-knit community.’ – commented Zoltán Radnóty, CEO of HB Reavis Hungary.
