Budapest, March 19th – The Hungarian subsidiary of HB Reavis has signed a long-term rental agreement with the soon-to-be-opened financial and accounting shared service centre of General Motors. The corporation is expected to move into the new, 1200 square meter prestigious Budapest office in May of 2015. The tenant was represented by Colliers International during the transaction.
„The most important aspect for choosing the office was employment satisfaction, which will be ensured by the ease of accessibility, environmental-friendliness and the high quality services offered by the building. Furthermore, the design of the blueprint and creative interior spaces played an important role in the decision-making as well, as these features support the everyday operations of the Y generation”- said Kata Mazsaroff, Director of the Office Leasing Branch of Colliers International.
The 1200 square meter office is located on the top floor of Váci Corner Offices, its three balconies offer an exquisite view to the surrounding area and to the internal garden of the office building. The open-space office, where more than 100 employees will work daily, was designed to give a young, creative look, fitting the activities of the company. The office building is located on Váci office-corridor, directly at the Forgách utca metro station, hence it can be accessed easily both by public transport and by car. The building can also be reached by bicycle due to the biggest bicycle route being in proximity at the shore of the Danube.
