Join us at HubHub, 20 Farringdon Street on 5th December for ‘Venture into Proptech’, an event designed to give proptech start-ups and scale-ups an opportunity to pitch their products and services in front of C-level decision makers from HB Reavis, who will select the best solutions to deploy across our innovative projects in 2020.

Sourcing the right client and meeting the relevant investor/mentor are the two of the biggest challenges in today’s startup market, let alone a new market like proptech. For this event we have attracted a pool of specialised investors to introduce you to, in case you are seeking extra capital.

Innovators at the event will also be pitching for a variety of prizes, including:

  • Exposure to HB Reavis
  • Access to targeted investors capable to raise capital
  • Paid pilots
  • Monetary prizes
  • Industry insights from experts
  • 1-month free access to a community of change makers at co-work space, HubHub London

The event will be opened by James Dearsley, Founder and CEO of Unissu, the world’s largest proptech marketplace, who will review the development of the industry over the last 12 months.

The pitches will be followed by a networking reception, providing a perfect opportunity to mingle with other founders, investors, and real estate professionals.

Supporting the event are London and Partners, Unissu, Innovate UK, Geovation, Global Proptech, Innovation Lighthouse, White Space and Innovation Hub, Roundhill Ventures, Propology Capital, Bitstone Capital, Lerner Associates and Cell Capital.

The expo area opens at 16:00, when the shortlisted companies will showcase their solutions. The keynote will start at 5pm and the pitches at 5.30pm, following the award ceremony there will be an opportunity to network with the event finishing up at 10pm.
