We’ve sold our Radlicka and Mercuria projects

We announced our plans to sell some of our projects in Prague in February, keeping in line with the change of our corporate strategy. We will focus on large scale schemes in the future and therefore, we finalised the transaction sale of two of our buildings. Skanska bought them from us.

With these two projects we would not be able to fulfil our aim of focusing on large schemes. However, Transgas and all of its buildings remain in our portfolio.

We’re also moving forward with our project in Brno. According to the plans, it’s going to be comparable in size to the projects we’re developing in Hungary (Agora Budapest) and Poland (Varso Place).
