    Marcel joined HB Reavis more than 20 years ago, and before Marcel joined HB Reavis more than 20 years ago, and before he established our presence in Germany in 2017, he was a part of all the company’s significant milestones and entering new markets in his role as Chief Investment Officer, as well as being a member of the Executive Management from 2010 – 2017.

    Steven joined HB Reavis in 2017 as Transactional Director, responsible Steven joined HB Reavis in 2017 as Transactional Director, responsible for developing the UK business and leading teams through acquisitions, leasing, financing, asset management and marketing. Steven was appointed UK CEO in 2018 and has successfully led all of HB Reavis activities in the UK since. Prior to joining HB Reavis Steven was Managing Director and head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s West End and Midtown office with responsibility for 6 business lines and c.100 employees.
