CEO of HB Reavis Group
Pavel joined HB Reavis in 2007 and has since been responsible for the Group’s overall strategy and international expansion. His previous positions include Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and an investment banker at IB Bank Austria. Pavel is a graduate of The University of Rochester’s Simon Business School in New York, USA.
CFO and Member of the Board
Marian Herman manages all financial aspects of HB Reavis Group. He was appointed to the position in December 2014. Prior to his role as CFO, Marian led Investment Management and Divestment at HB Reavis. Previously, he worked in London for RREEF, Deutsche Bank and ING Group. Marian holds Master’s degrees in Finance from the London Business School and in Financial Management from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Robert Kantor joined HB Reavis in 2000. Prior to his appointment to the Board in 2013, Robert led the Group´s Asset Management and Retail Leasing activities. Upon his promotion, he has also taken on management of construction delivery.

Radim Rimanek is the Board Director of HB Reavis Group responsible for the company’s activities in the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, as well as launching development activities in Germany. Previous employers include McKinsey & Company and Dun & Bradstreet in New York and in Prague. Radim is a graduate of Harvard University.

Marcel Sedlak is a long-standing executive of the HB Reavis Group who was promoted to the Board in 2010. Formerly in the Group’s General Counsel, he currently leads the development of HB Reavis‘ activities in Poland, Slovakia and Turkey and oversees the Group’s expansion into new markets.
The United Kingdom CEO
Tomas Jurdak joined HB Reavis in 2011 as Acquisition Manager. Following the successful acquisition of HB Reavis’ first UK asset in 2013, Tomas relocated to London and became the Managing Director of HB Reavis UK. He is charged with introducing the company to the UK market, developing the overall operation and sourcing future projects for HB Reavis to invest in. Tomas holds a Master´s degree in Engineering from the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and an MBA in Business Strategy from the EADA Business School in Barcelona.

Stanislav Frnka is responsible for overall business management and development across the Polish market. He was appointed to his current position in 2011. During his tenure the company become one of top three most successful developers in Warsaw. Prior to joining HB Reavis, Stanislav worked at Benefit Finance. He graduated from City University of Seattle in Trencin, Slovakia, where he majored in business management.

The Czech Republic CEO
Petr Herman has been with HB Reavis Group since 2015, initially responsible for Business Development in the Czech Republic and was appointed CEO in 2016. He is responsible for continuation of HB Reavis´ successful project pipeline in the Czech Republic. Petr is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic and postgraduate studies at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He has more than 20 years of managerial experience in development business.

Adrian Rac´s career at HB Reavis Group began in 1996, and since then he has held several positions, gaining experience in acquisitions, leasing and preparation of project concepts, engineering activities and the sale of projects. In 2006 he was a co-founder of the Czech Republic branch of HB Reavis and up until 2010 he acted as its head. Since 2013 he has been the Chief Executive Officer of HB Reavis Slovakia.

Zoltan Radnoty was appointed to his current position in 2007, when HB Reavis Group first entered the Hungarian market. Prior to joining HB Reavis, Zoltan was CEO of Synergon Group, one of the largest independent IT businesses in Hungary. He previously held various senior positions at a range of financial institutions. Zoltan is a graduate of both Buckinghamshire College in England and Budapest Business School’s College of Finance and Accountancy and has also earned an MBA from Brunel University in London.

Ali Pusat joined HB Reavis Group in November 2015. He is responsible for all commercial activities across the Turkish market. Prior to joining HB Reavis, he spent 18 years working across in both the construction and real estate development sectors in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine as well as Jordan. After graduating from Istanbul Technical University in Civil Engineering, Ali went on to complete a Master’s degree in Construction Management. He is currently studying for his PhD.

Ivan Chrenko is a Co-founder of HB Reavis. He served as CEO of the HB Reavis Group from 1994 to October 2013.
Maarten Hulshoff chaired the HB Reavis advisory board for six years. Previously, he was CEO of Rodamco Europe and Ra-bobank International following a 19-years career at Citibank, holding a variety of senior positions internationally.
