Our plug and play spaces in London are fully occupied
Our landmark 33 Central, overlooking the River Thames has created a welcoming plug and play workspace for Savills and ExWorks Capital.
Savills are using the plug and play space at 33 Central to bring together their 120-strong IT team within a single location, helping to streamline their operations and benefit from collaboration. ExWorks Capital, a senior secured debt fund, outgrew their coworking space and relocated to 33 Central in a self-contained, versatile space.
The multi-national professional services firm TMF Group has relocated their London HQ to the plug and play space at 20 Farringdon Street. We partnered TMF Group and provided a fully bespoke workspace ready for 100+ employees to start work in their new London base. TMF Group joins the building’s existing occupiers, including: NG Bailey, RPS Group, The Berkeley Partnership LLP and our own co-working concept HubHub.
All our plug and play workspaces (20,000 sq ft) are created on a flexible lease term with all-inclusive single invoice. This offering, combined with HubHub, located within 20 Farringdon Street reflect our diverse approach to catering for all business strategies and needs.
