Our project Nivy Station was granted the highest loan in Slovakia in 2018. We’ve received a loan of 175 million EUR, proving that the banks believe in our project as it is one of the biggest loans in history.

This loan will enable us to create a vital replacement for the previous central station and bring more facilities to the area. It’s a combination of a bus terminal, a hotel, offices, a shopping mall and public spaces.

Keeping well-being in mind, gardens, running tracks and spaces for active relaxation are planned for the local and emerging community. To encourage easy access, we are proposing pedestrian and cycle lanes in the area.
