New tenants in Gdański Business Center I
New tenants will move into Gdański Business Center I, taking up a total of over 2,300 sqm. More than 2,000 sqm in Building A will be leased by WebInterpret, a company specializing in e-commerce technologies. HB Reavis Poland, the owner of the development, has also finalized a lease agreement with Solid Logistics, a logistics operator.
WebInterpret, which was founded in 2007, is a global leader in implementing innovative e-commerce solutions. As a software provider, it helps its customers in Europe and the USA to sell their goods or to grow their brands online. The company has been operating in Poland since 2013. WebInterpret Poland is relocating to the Gdański Business Center complex in Q2 of 2015, and will take up over 2,000 sqm of modern office space located on the seventh floor of Building A.
Savills, renowned international real estate agency, facilitated the negotiations.
– WebInterpret has decided to lease office space in Gdański Business Center because of the development’s convenient location and excellent access by public transport. The tenant also appreciates the high standard of the office building and its intimate character -said Jarosław Pilch, Senior Negotiator at Savills Poland.
Gdański Business Center I represents the first phase of the investment by HB Reavis in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The project, which was completed in the H1 of 2014, includes two buildings offering over 46,000 sqm of A-class office space. Companies that have chosen it for their headquarters include: KPMG, the Agricultural Property Agency (Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych), SNC Lavalin, and Provident.

So far, Gdański Business Center I has been recognized as the ‘Office Investment of the Year 2014’ in the Prime Property Prize and ‘Office Development of the Year’ in the CIJ Awards.
In February 2015, Solid Logistics, a worldwide logistics operator, will also move into Gdański Business Center I. The company, specializing in providing complex logistics services based on sea, air and road freight transportation, will take up almost 300 sqm of space on the first floor of Building B.
