We’re delighted to welcome Marcin Klammer as CEO Poland

After a competitive search process, we’re pleased to announce that Marcin Klammer will be joining us from May this year.

Marcin’s architectural, managerial, and consultancy background makes him the perfect choice for the role. He has studied and worked internationally, gaining significant real estate expertise as well as wide-ranging leadership experience.

His most recent role was as Development Director for Unibail Rodamco Westfield. Previously, he was the CEO for Central and Eastern Europe at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and beforehand he held a number of executive positions at Arcadis, including CEO and was the European Market Sector Leader.  

Marcin will work with the rest of the Polish team to deliver our exciting pipeline of wellbeing-centric projects to our clients – the EU’s tallest building, Varso Tower, and the campus-style development, Forest – as well as pursue new acquisitions.

Marcin takes over from Peter Pecnik, who joined our Executive Management as CFO in October last year.
