Strengthening our position in the western markets
After almost 30 years on the market and dozens of projects in six countries, soon more will be added to our portfolio in Berlin, London, and Warsaw, where we want to strengthen our position.
In recent years, the centre of our activities has been mostly London, where we recently started the construction of our 5th project – the net zero carbon Worship Square and our London team is already preparing for another one that will significantly affect the look and life of a well-known part of the city – One Waterloo. Berlin isn’t falling behind either, following our first project – DSTRCT.Berlin, together with the celebration of the 5th anniversary of our Berlin branch, we are starting to work on another new projects in close proximity.
The newest comer in Berlin is the PLTFRM.Berlin project, which we are starting to build this fall and will provide its future tenants with almost 27,000 m2 of sustainable space.
We are also making progress in Warsaw. The tallest building in the EU – Varso Tower has just recently been completed at last and will soon welcome its first tenants, which include companies such as Box, CMS, and Greenberg Traurig. Months before opening, Varso Tower is already almost 70% full, which only confirms the exceptional nature of our Polish project.
In the Slovak market, after the successful sale of part of our land, we received another offer, which we are actively exploring. Through a possible sale of another part of our Bratislava landbank, we would thus obtain financing for new projects in the markets in which we are active.
It continues to be true that, even on the Slovak market, we want to strategically focus on the management of the existing portfolio under the new REIT entity, the development of strategically important projects, and develop our unique services, thanks to which we can provide our clients with exceptional workspaces.
