Cele stanowiska

Property Manager is responsible for flawless operations of assigned office building by managing all building service as technical maintenance, security, cleaning, greenery , fire supervision etc. The goal for PM is to secure highest client satisfaction of the building itself and all building services

Obowiązki

Manages relationships with clients/tenants and solves their issues; represents the HBR Group and its standards

Leads, coaches and coordinates Facility Managers at the given property/ies and ensures that all facility service are provided to the satisfaction of clients

Manages services negotiations and coordinates outsourced security, maintenance, and cleaning team

Resolves all issues related to property leasing on a daily basis and solves client’s complaints and issues

Manages prolongation of client contracts and prepares all contractual documents in co-operation with legal department

Execute sales of short-term leases and additional services to the clients (More premium services)

Prepares business reports and key documents for senior management meetings at the country level

Oczekiwania

Doświadczenie

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in property management
  • Experience in management of people, in lease negotiations, take-over of new buildings and/or disposal of assets, any insight in asset management, event management, reporting to institutional investors and/or controlling
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to influence and act independently
  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment to resolve problems and to complete complex tasks within deadlines and financial constraints while understanding business environment

Wykształcenie

  • University-level education with a major in finance/economics, construction

Języki obce

  • English/Polish skills – fluent mandatory
