Nivy Tower lands our second WELL Health-Safety certificate

We’ve been awarded our second WELL Health-Safety Rating – further enhancing Nivy Tower’s reputation as a wellbeing-centric workspace.

Created in the wake of COVID-19, the WELL Building Institute’s Health-Safety Rating includes tests on a building’s ability to reduce the transmission of infectious diseases. It’s quickly become the go-to guide for owners and operators who want to validate and promote their efforts to enhance health and safety.

With a WELL Health-Safety seal on Nivy Tower, everyone who enters can rest assured that evidence-based measures and best safety practices are firmly in place, from the highest air and water quality and the building’s ability to reduce the transmission of infectious diseases, to an emergency preparedness plan including contingencies for health-related emergencies.

Alongside the building’s Well Building Standard and BREEAM certificates, it proves we’re passionate about users’ and visitors’ health and wellbeing.
