What exactly is WELL certification? 🥇

The assessment process evaluates how buildings influence the health and wellness of their occupants. It is a crucial topic, given the 2022 Impact of Well Study indicates that companies investing in health strategies not only retain more satisfied employees (a 28% increase) and healthier employees (a 10% increase in mental health) but also witness enhanced operational performance.📈

WELL certification scrutinises ten main categories, including:
