We’ve just signed a lease with fitness concept RSG Group for one of the historic halls at DSTRCT.Berlin.

The approx. 2,700 sq m space will become a stunning and atmospheric John Reed-branded fitness area.

Known for offering everything from weight training and cardio to hot yoga and Pilates, boxing and barre – together with live DJs – John Reed Fitness is the perfect tenant for our wellbeing-focused workspace. It will also complement its green spaces, and all the healthy food options and relaxing zones in the DSTRCT area.

The fitness centre is planned to open in Fall 2023. Open to the locals as well as workers, it’s also a great example of our commitment to elevating the quality of life in the community.

DSTRCT.Berlin is our first German development to complete, and recently won immobilienmanager’s award for ‘Best Newbuild’.
