Frontier Economics puts faith in HB Reavis for the second time with 3,000 sq m move to Worship Square
Frontier Economics are moving their headquarters to Worship Square, taking 3,000 sq m of fully net zero workspace. The economic consultancy has been passionate about HB Reavis schemes having previously considered Bloom Clerkenwell due its wellbeing and sustainability credentials, and recognises HB Reavis developments amongst the most forward looking and best in class.
Frontier Economics places a huge emphasis on employee wellbeing, aligning with Worship Square’s vision of heightening the employee experience and allowing people to do more with their working day. Targeting WELL Platinum, the building boasts 3,200 specimens of 90 NASA approved air purifying plants, rooftop terraces and comes equipped with a multi-functional fitness studio. Employees are able to borrow a Brompton bike or access a personalised concierge service through the building app. Further supporting a healthy lifestyle, a large street-level cycle store and health club inspired changing facilities encourage active commuting alongside visible staircases to get people moving through the day.

Worship Square boasts ambitious sustainability goals and will be fully net zero carbon in both construction and operation, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and designed to achieve a 5.5* NABERS rating. Promoting circular economy with additions such as inhouse wormery turning food waste into compost for the edible rooftop gardens, Worship Square will also be free of single-use plastic as well as fully electric. Operational energy use will be reduced through air source heat pumps, which will create efficient heating and cooling, smart modelling and photovoltaic cells on the roof to provide onsite renewable energy. The building will be completely transparent in its energy use and businesses will be able to monitor live data, helping with ESG reporting and continually encouraging energy efficiency.
To support Frontier Economics’ growth strategy, Worship Square offers the maximum level of flexibility. Worship Square will feature Ready to Work, HB Reavis’ smart, fully fitted and managed workspace, allowing the company to organically grow within the building over time. Frontier Economics will also benefit from the building’s inhouse on demand workspaces, meeting rooms, event space and auditorium, allowing them to book the appropriate type of space depending on their needs.
