Share it: Listed global company loves Bloom Clerkenwell’s wellbeing features
We’ve signed a deal with a major listed global company for approx. 10 700 sq m of our landmark London development, Bloom Clerkenwell. The building is targeting Net Zero Carbon operations which, with an EPC A base build rating, means it will be one of the capital’s most sustainable office developments.
The Company’s new EU headquarters will be located next to Farringdon Station – right in the heart of London’s creative tech district.
Bloom Clerkenwell will also be the first of a new generation of workspaces that enhance employee wellbeing, inclusivity, and creativity. Tenants will have use of a gym and our concierge app, More. The 11% terrace-to-office ratio – one of the highest in London – means they’ll also have access to almost 800 sq m of private terraces, a Garden Room for use throughout year, and communal terraces that will host regular events and include an edible garden.
It’s a new space to be proud of. Bloom Clerkenwell is on track to be Europe’s first office building to achieve the highest wellbeing, sustainability, and digital connectivity accreditations – targeting WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding, after gaining a WiredScore Platinum rating.
The move will take place in 2022, and is part of a long-term strategy to increase their UK presence following its 2017 expansion to London.
