Varso Place secures new finance milestone 👏📈
It all began with a record-breaking loan of €475 million, supported by five leading banks who trusted in the vision of Varso Place from the very start. Namely Santander Bank Polska, Helaba, Bank Pekao S.A., Berlin Hyp and Deutsche Hypo NORD/LB Real Estate Finance.
Today, that trust has grown even further. Two new banks – PKO Bank Polski and Erste Group – have joined the consortium, bringing the total to seven major financial institutions backing this landmark development in the heart of Warsaw.
Together, they’ve enabled us to increase the loan to €510 million, refinanced for a five-year term.
As our CFO Tomas Krajcir put it:

Their trust and improved conditions within financial markets allowed us to increase the financing amount and secure better terms. This transaction also underscores HB Reavis’s position as a strong European player in the design, construction, and management of real estate.”
